Dina Pannabecker Evans was hired in 2005 to initiate career services specifically for Fine Arts students. With the development of the School of Music, her focus shifted to career services and outreach for musicians, including the management of REC100, a performance-based class required of all undergraduates.

Dr. Evans received her DMA in organ performance from KU, studying with James Higdon. She occasionally performs on campus as well as in churches in the Lawrence, Kansas City and Topeka area.
