Flute Auditions

These are the requirements for entry into all undergraduate degree programs.

Full-range chromatic scale; major and minor scales of two or more octaves.  Audition consists of all of the following:  1) a Baroque sonata (Bach, Handel, Quantz, Telemann, or Vivaldi), 2) a piece from the French Conservatory repertoire (repertoire from the Flute Music By French Composers or a piece of equivalent difficulty); and 3) sight reading.
