KU Wind Ensemble to present November concert at Lied Center

The KU Wind Ensemble will perform at the Lied Center of Kansas on Wednesday, November 10, 2010, 7:30pm, with Paul Popiel as conductor and Cheryl Lee as guest conductor.

The ensemble will perform a variety of works, including Vientos y Tangos by Michael Gandolfi; Suite Francaise by Darius Milhaud; Old Wine in New Bottles by Gordon Jacob; and Symphony in Bb by Paul Hindemith.

Tickets are $7/adults and $5/students and seniors and are available through the Lied Center Box Office at 785-864-2787 or the evening of the concert.
