Dina Pannabecker Evans was hired in 2005 to initiate career services specifically for Fine Arts students. With the development of the School of Music, her focus shifted to career services and outreach for musicians, including the management of REC100, a performance-based class required of all undergraduates. She now teaches the Business of Music (MUS 586) and is the scholarship officer for the school.
Evans received her DMA in organ performance from KU, studying with James Higdon. She is the Associate Organist at Country Club Christian Church, a 3,000-member congregation in Kansas City, Missouri, and has performed on and off-campus with a variety of KU ensembles.
