International Trumpet Guild awards KU music student

Guangyu Dong has been awarded a competitive scholarship for the International Trumpet Guild 2010 competition based on a CD recording Dong entered. He will be recognized at the banquet in Sydney in July. Only a handful of students are chosen and recognized for this honor. Dong studies with Professor Leisring.
