KU School of Music honors Chopin's 200th Birthday

The KU School of Music presents a concert honoring the 200th birthday of Chopin. This concert will be held this Sunday, Feb. 21, at 2:30 pm at the Lied Center, and is free and open to the public. KU Professor Steven Spooner, piano, will perform works by the legendary composer, such as "Polonaise in C# Minor, Op. 26 No. 1," "Four Mazurkas," "Nocturne in E-Flat Major, Op. 9 No. 2," and much more.
