Join the Band



Fall 2018 Members

All new and returning 2018 Marching Jayhawk members must do the following.  Please pay attention to the dates in the packet!

1. Download the SUMMER INFORMATION PACKET. This packet will have all of the information you will need regarding early move-in, fees, schedules for band camp and the regular season, class conflicts, and the answers to many other questions. It is the same packet that will be distributed via email and at the New Student Orientation Sessions.

2. Complete the ONLINE BAND CAMP REGISTRATION FORM by FRIDAY, JULY 20.  

3. If you are a freshman or sophomore, register for BAND 210. If you are a junior or senior, register for BAND 410. The official meeting time for band is MWF from 3:45-5:45. 

4. Print and fill out the 2018 BAND EXPENSE FORM; please mail it with your check to the Band Office by AUGUST 1. The form is the last page of the SUMMER INFORMATION PACKET
 

New Members for Fall 2019 and Beyond

We're excited about your interest in the Marching Jayhawks! Please follow the link to our prospective member form, and you will be added to our prospective member email list. You will receive email updates throughout the spring and summer with details on band camp and next season.

Students who attend Johnson County Community College or Haskell Indian Nations University may also be able to join the Marching Jayhawks. Please contact Dr. Smith!
