Lynne Cuneo

Lynne Cuneo comes from Southern California and is a Ph.D. student in the MEMT program at the University of Kansas. Although she began her musical journey as a violinist, trumpeter, and pianist, choir quickly became her passion. She received her Bachelors of Music Education and Vocal Performance from The Master's University, a Masters of Music in Choral Conducting from California State University, Los Angeles, and a Masters of Education from The Master's University. Lynne has taught the last seven years at Paramount High School as the choir director, and the previous three years at a private school in Santa Clarita,California as the elementary music teacher. She has managed her Southern California local church choir for the past ten years and enjoys singing in a local church choir while in Kansas. Lynne has also been recorded in several albums of aspiring composers both as a vocalist and as a violinist. Outside of school, she enjoys reading, her dogs, cooking, and hosting dinner parties for friends.
