KU School of Music Student Named Winner of Prestigious Bob Dylan Center Songwriter Fellowship


Lawrence, KS – The University of Kansas School of Music is pleased to announce that a current student has been selected as one of two winners in the highly esteemed Bob Dylan Center Songwriter Fellowship program.

Taylor Zickefoose (MM Composition) was selected from a pool of 600 songwriters. Her triumph underscores her exceptional skill and dedication to the craft. As a recipient of this prestigious fellowship, Zickefoose will receive a host of invaluable opportunities, including an apartment, a substantial $40,000 stipend, access to state-of-the-art recording studio facilities, regular performance engagements, and extensive mentorship from industry professionals associated with Universal Music and the Bob Dylan Center.
